In the case of the product is damaged, contact must be made with in 24 hours of receipt of the products by email to info@jajalinfotech.com notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an Replacement will be dispatched. Products should returned in their original packaging (where possible). in case of damaged or faulty product, to qualify for refund you need to send the product to us with your own expenses, once we receive your item/product, We will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Product should be unused and in the same package that you received the product, otherwise refund will be rejected.


For prepaid orders we offer refund on your paid amount and for COD orders we deduct 10% as handling expenses. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.
